How Sonic and Dragonball Come together. 
First there are 7 Dragonballs and 7 Chaos Emeralds in order to turn Super Sonic.
Second in Archie's Sonic Comic #55 Monkey Khan shows up. He has a Magic staff and a Magic Cloud just like the Nimbus and Powerpole. These are items used by the Mokey King in the Chinesse Legend of the Monkey King which Dragonball
(before DBZ), Monkey Khan and Sonic Comic #60 are based on.
One of the most noticed is that Super Sonic and SSJ are the same (almost). The Sonic Team did this on purpose (or so I've heard) because when they made Sonic DBZ was very big in Japan.
Also Dr. Gero makes Androids and Dr, Robotnik makes Robots. Robots and Andrroids are very close to the same thing. Also Dr. Gero makes himself an Android (#20) and Robotnik makes himself Robo-Robotnik.
This last one was introduced to me by my friend. Perfect Cell and Perfect Chaos from Sonic Adventure could be a related concept.
Here's another one from my friend. On the same note as Perfect Chaos and Cell, Cell needs to absorb components from Androids #17 & 18. Chaos needs to absorb the dark energies from the Chaos Emeralds to reach his maximum form. This too could also be related.
For those of you who have played SA2, I am sure that you have met Shadow. Does he remind you of someone else? Maybe, Vegeta?! After all, they do share a same attitude. |
